| Just wanted to say that
the tapes are beautiful(ok i have only seen the first right now).I
was positevely surprised to learn about the covering theory which i
had never heard before(even if i have started 2-hand chi-sao 1 month
now and study wing chun for 2years),a different approach to lop sao
(from the way i am taught),the practical use of bong sao.I even
caught myself having some beliefs he outlined as false in some
theories and some drills.In Sifu's face i saw the effort and agony
this guy has put to clarify basic concepts.I dont know how good he
is but this effort deserves my respect .I say that not for any other
reason but because i believe that eventually we should not only
honor the dead master's of the past as modern days trend demands but
the living ones who are still contributing to the wing-chun system
worldwidely as well.I hope that the next tapes provoke the same
enthusiasm as the first did.This tape gave a new upward turn to my
decreasing interest in
wing-chun. | |
