This is a direct statement from the first paragraph of Mr. Sifu Leung on August 30, 2004:

"So the literal answer to your question is no, the three forms do not contain all the techniques in Wing Chun. The Wooden Dummy form does contain some techniques, but these are examples of what is possible; the Wooden Dummy form is not a comprehensive repository of Wing Chun technique."

He is not filling out your answer, he is saying to all who view this messageboard that the answer is NO.
