| I'd like to hear what
people have to say about root,balance,stability however you like to
call it. in my school we do 10 mins of horse like stance each lesson
while moving our arms back and forth infront of the body, feeling
the motion that the body makes to balance itself and we try to rid
this motion and keep our bodies straight by 'pusing' into the
ground. when the body is relaxed it is much easier to do and you
feel your gravitational center is lowered making you much more
stable. same process in everything we do, the drill is just gives a
maximized effect to feel the root really
